- Potatoes - 4 large
Let's Get Started
- Boil the potatoes until they are soft. Once cooled, mash them and set aside.
- In a pan, cook the ground beef with the onion, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until the beef is fully cooked.
- Take a small amount of the mashed potatoes and flatten it in your hand. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center and then cover it with more mashed potatoes. Shape it into a ball.
- Dip the potato ball into the beaten eggs and then roll it in the breadcrumbs.
- Heat the olive oil in a deep pan and fry the potato bombs until they are golden brown.
