Bok Choy and Broccoli Beef Stir Fry

Let's Get Started

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  3. Add beef slices and stir fry until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger. Stir fry for 1 minute.
  5. Add bok choy and broccoli florets. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes, until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. Return the beef to the skillet and pour the sauce mixture over the ingredients.
  7. Stir fry for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens and coats the beef and vegetables.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
