- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Maple syrup - 2 tablespoons
- Flour tortillas - 2
- Blueberries - 1 cup
- Egg - 1
- Milk - 3/4 cup
- Pancake mix - 1 cup
Let's Get Started
- In a mixing bowl, combine the pancake mix, milk, and egg. Stir until well combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries into the pancake batter.
