Black Pepper Beef
This is a delicious and easy-to-make dish featuring stir-fried beef with black pepper, bell peppers, and onions.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Red bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
- Green bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
- Onion - 1, thinly sliced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Black pepper - 1 tablespoon, freshly ground
- Beef sirloin - 1 pound, thinly sliced
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine the beef, black pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and set aside for 10 minutes to marinate.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat.
