Ingredients - Serves 6
- Raisins - 1/2 cup
- Nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoon
- Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Eggs - 3
- Milk - 2 cups
- Leftover biscuits - 6, crumbled
Let's Get Started
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Place the crumbled biscuits in the baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Pour the mixture over the biscuits, making sure all the biscuits are soaked.
- Sprinkle the raisins over the top.
