Bell Pepper and Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken slices and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add onion and garlic. Stir fry for 2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Add bell peppers and continue to stir fry for another 3-4 minutes until peppers are slightly tender.
  6. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and pour in the sauce mixture. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve the stir fry over cooked rice and garnish with chopped green onions.
