- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sharp cheddar cheese - 2 cups, shredded
- Beer - 1 cup
- Milk - 2 cups
- All-purpose flour - 1/3 cup
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1 medium, chopped
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
