Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Set aside.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  4. Add the beef slices and stir fry for 2-3 minutes, until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes, until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  6. Return the beef to the skillet and add the cooked noodles.
  7. Pour the sauce over the beef and noodles. Stir fry for an additional 2-3 minutes, until everything is well coated and heated through.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
