Beef and Noodle Stir Fry
This delicious beef and noodle stir fry is packed with tender beef, colorful vegetables, and flavorful sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (for garnish)
- Green onions - 2, sliced (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Oyster sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 1/4 cup
- Bell peppers - 2, thinly sliced
- Carrots - 2, julienned
- Broccoli florets - 2 cups
- Noodles - 8 ounces
- Beef sirloin - 1 pound, thinly sliced
Let's Get Started
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
- Add the beef slices and stir fry for 2-3 minutes, until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes, until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Return the beef to the skillet and add the cooked noodles.
- Pour the sauce over the beef and noodles. Stir fry for an additional 2-3 minutes, until everything is well coated and heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
