  3. Add the brown sugar, coffee, maple syrup, vinegar, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 1 hour, or until the mixture is thick and syrupy.
  5. Add the cooked bacon to the skillet and stir to combine.
  6. Let the jam cool, then transfer it to a jar and store in the refrigerator.
