Bacon Jam
A sweet, smoky, bacon flavored jam that is perfect for burgers, sandwiches, and crackers.
Ingredients - Serves 10
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Apple cider vinegar - 1/4 cup
- Maple syrup - 1/4 cup
- Coffee - 1/2 cup, brewed
- Brown sugar - 1/2 cup
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Onions - 2, finely chopped
- Bacon - 1 pound, chopped
Let's Get Started
- Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crispy. Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving the fat in the skillet.
- Add the onions and garlic to the skillet and cook until the onions are translucent.
- Add the brown sugar, coffee, maple syrup, vinegar, and black pepper. Stir to combine.

- Add the cooked bacon to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Let the jam cool, then transfer it to a jar and store in the refrigerator.
