Bacon and Onion Omelette

- Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Cheddar cheese - 1/2 cup, shredded
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Milk - 2 tablespoons
- Eggs - 4
- Onion - 1/2 medium, thinly sliced
- Bacon - 4 slices, cooked and crumbled
Let's Get Started
- In a non-stick skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and crumble into small pieces.
- In the same skillet, sauté the sliced onion until golden and caramelized. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
