Bacon and Chive Hashbrowns

- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Chives - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Potatoes - 4 large, peeled and grated
- Bacon - 4 slices

- Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the grated potatoes and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 10 minutes.
