Ingredients - Serves 6

Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, garlic, parsley, cilantro, mint, dried fenugreek leaves, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Form small meatballs.
  2. In a large pot, bring the pomegranate juice to a boil. Add the lentils and meatballs. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  3. Add the chickpeas and spinach to the pot. Cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in the lemon juice and adjust the seasoning if needed.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with a dollop of Greek yogurt.
