Watermelon Sorbet

This refreshing watermelon sorbet is the perfect summer treat.

Ingredients

  • Mint leaves - 10 leaves
  • Honey - 1/4 cup
  • Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Watermelon - 4 cups, cubed

Instructions

  1. Place the cubed watermelon in a blender or food processor.
  2. Add the lime juice, honey, and mint leaves.
  3. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  5. Once frozen, remove from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften.
  6. Scoop the sorbet into bowls or cones and serve immediately.
