Tomato Basil Pasta with Parmesan

This tomato basil pasta is a simple and delicious dish made with fresh tomatoes, basil, and Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
  • Fresh basil - 1/2 cup, chopped
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Tomatoes - 4 medium, diced
  • Pasta - 8 ounces

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until they start to soften.
