Rooibos Tea Smoothie

A refreshing and healthy smoothie made with rooibos tea, mixed berries, and yogurt.

Ingredients

  • Ice cubes - 1 cup
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Greek yogurt - 1/2 cup
  • Banana - 1, ripe
  • Mixed berries - 1 cup, frozen
  • Rooibos tea - 1 cup, brewed and cooled

Instructions

  1. Brew the rooibos tea and let it cool.
  2. In a blender, combine the cooled tea, mixed berries, banana, Greek yogurt, honey, and ice cubes.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
