Orange and Lemon Cheesecake

This refreshing citrus cheesecake is made with a combination of orange and lemon flavors.

Ingredients

  • Lemon slices - For garnish
  • Orange slices - For garnish
  • Whipped cream - For serving
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1/4 cup
  • Orange juice - 1/4 cup
  • Lemon zest - 1 tablespoon
  • Orange zest - 1 tablespoon
  • Eggs - 3
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Cream cheese - 16 oz
  • Butter - 1/3 cup, melted
  • Graham cracker crumbs - 1 1/2 cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a separate mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Mix in the orange zest, lemon zest, orange juice, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are slightly golden.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the cheesecake to set.
  10. Serve chilled, topped with whipped cream and garnished with orange and lemon slices.
