Nutella Cheesecake

Indulge in this rich and creamy Nutella cheesecake with a chocolate cookie crust.

Ingredients

  • Chocolate shavings - For garnish
  • Whipped cream - 1 cup
  • Eggs - 3
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Nutella - 1 cup
  • Cream cheese - 16 oz
  • Butter - 1/2 cup, melted
  • Chocolate cookies - 2 cups, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine the crushed chocolate cookies and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, Nutella, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are slightly golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the cheesecake to set.
  9. Before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings.
  10. Slice and enjoy!
