Mushroom and Cheese Omelette

This delicious mushroom and cheese omelette is a perfect breakfast or brunch option.

Ingredients

  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cheddar cheese - 1/4 cup, shredded
  • Mushrooms - 1/2 cup, sliced
  • Eggs - 3

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté until they are tender and lightly browned.
  4. Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and cook for a few minutes until the edges start to set.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over one half of the omelette.
  6. Fold the other half of the omelette over the cheese.
  7. Cook for another minute or until the cheese is melted.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
