Gorgonzola Sauce

Ingredients

• Salt and pepper - To taste
• Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
• Butter - 2 tablespoons
• Heavy cream - 1 cup
• Gorgonzola cheese - 4 ounces, crumbled

Instructions

1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Reduce the heat to low and add the heavy cream. Stir well.
4. Add the crumbled Gorgonzola cheese and continue stirring until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Remove from heat and let the sauce cool slightly before serving.
7. Serve the Gorgonzola sauce over pasta, steak, or use it as a dip.
