Fruit Salad

A refreshing and colorful fruit salad made with a variety of fresh fruits.

Ingredients

  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Mint leaves - 10 leaves, chopped
  • Kiwi - 2, peeled and sliced
  • Pineapple - 1 cup, diced
  • Grapes - 1 cup, halved
  • Raspberries - 1 cup
  • Blueberries - 1 cup
  • Strawberries - 1 cup, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, grapes, pineapple, and kiwi.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice and honey.
  3. Pour the lime juice mixture over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped mint leaves over the fruit salad.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
