Djibouti Coffee and Lemon

This refreshing beverage combines the bold flavors of Djibouti coffee with the tangy zest of lemon.

Ingredients

  • Mint leaves - For garnish
  • Ice cubes - 1 cup
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon - 1, juiced
  • Djibouti coffee - 2 cups, brewed

Instructions

  1. Brew 2 cups of Djibouti coffee and let it cool.
  2. In a pitcher, combine the brewed coffee, lemon juice, and honey. Stir well to dissolve the honey.
  3. Add the ice cubes to the pitcher and stir again.
  4. Pour the coffee and lemon mixture into glasses filled with additional ice cubes.
  5. Garnish with mint leaves.
