Ingredients
Ice cubes - 4-6
Cinnamon - 1/4 teaspoon
Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon
Maple syrup - 1 tablespoon
Greek yogurt - 1/4 cup
Almond milk - 1 cup
Rolled oats - 1/4 cup
Frozen blueberries - 1/2 cup
Vanilla protein powder - 1 scoop
Instructions
In a blender, combine the vanilla protein powder, frozen blueberries, rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and ice cubes.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
