Ingredients

  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Almond milk - 1/2 cup
  • Greek yogurt - 1/2 cup
  • Banana - 1, ripe
  • Mixed berries - 2 cups, frozen

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the mixed berries, banana, Greek yogurt, and almond milk. Blend until smooth.
