Air Fryer Pickles

These crispy and tangy air fryer pickles are the perfect appetizer or snack. They are made with dill pickle slices coated in a seasoned breadcrumb mixture and cooked to perfection in the air fryer.

Ingredients

  • Cooking spray - As needed
  • Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Breadcrumbs - 1 cup
  • Egg - 1
  • Dill pickle slices - 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, beat the egg.
  3. In another shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each pickle slice into the beaten egg, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Place the coated pickle slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
  6. Lightly spray the pickle slices with cooking spray.
  7. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the pickles are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
