Air Fryer Crab Cakes

These air fryer crab cakes are made with lump crab meat, panko breadcrumbs, and a creamy sauce.

Ingredients

  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Old bay seasoning - 1 teaspoon
  • Dijon mustard - 2 tablespoons
  • Mayonnaise - 1/4 cup
  • Egg - 1, beaten
  • Panko breadcrumbs - 1 cup
  • Lump crab meat - 1 pound

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, panko breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into 8 patties.
  3. Brush the patties with olive oil.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  5. Place the patties in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
